Gaming Specialized Logistics Announces Name Change, Adds New Distributor Division; Adds Industry Veterans Mark Wiedemer, John Glaser to Executive Team

GSL Gaming Group to offer sales representation for companies seeking to place products into commercial and tribal gaming venues.


Gaming Specialized Logistics, LLC dba “GSL Gaming Group”, a Las Vegas-based specialized logistics management and distributor of products for the casino gaming industry, today announced that the Company is changing its name to GSL Gaming Group; welcoming longtime gaming executive Mark Wiedemer and John Glaser to its leadership team; and adding a sales distributorship division.

This major development means that GSL Gaming Group will now offer sales for a broad range of gaming products and solutions as a distributor for companies seeking to place products on gaming floors and into casino resorts.

GSL Gaming Group President and Chief Executive Officer Kelcey Allison said, “This is such an exciting time in GSL’s growth, as we welcome proven sales and business leaders Mark Wiedemer and John Glaser and launch our sales distributor business to provide gaming operators with a one-stop-shop approach to numerous product lines, services, and solutions. Together, we bring more than 70 years’ experience and over a billion dollars of gross revenue over the past decade in selling a wide array of gaming products and solutions, and as a team we have relationships with nearly every commercial and tribal gaming operator in the America’s.”

As the GSL Gaming Group’s Chief Revenue Officer, Wiedemer will oversee sales and business development, and Glaser will lead operations as Chief Operating Officer, with Allison continuing as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Wiedemer brings 26 years of experience in positions of significant scope and responsibility with global industry leaders IGT, Scientific Games, Bally Technologies, and Konami Gaming. He has held various sales and business development leadership roles, with global and domestic responsibility, primarily related to casino systems and technology solutions. Most recently, Wiedemer served as Senior Director of Sales for IGT’s casino management systems sales division, where he led a team of sales representatives responsible for selling casino system solutions and support to North America casino operations.

For more than 25 years, Glaser has held numerous sales and business development executive roles on the gaming supply side with industry powerhouses including IGT, Bally Technologies, Cash Systems, Inc. and Ainsworth Game Technology.

He joins GSL Gaming Group after serving more than seven years as the Director of Sales and Service – North America for Ainsworth Game Technology where he developed and led the sales and service team responsible for the success of the Ainsworth throughout North America. Earlier in his career, Glaser held other leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cash Systems, Inc., Vice President of Sales at Bally Technologies, Vice President of Sales for Global Cash Access, and Director of Sales at IGT.

Before founding GSL in late 2017, Allison served seven years in many executive positions including Chief Executive Officer at Aruze Gaming America ; held the role of Senior Vice President for Ainsworth Game Technology, and served more than 10 years in executive roles for Progressive Gaming International Corp. He is a seasoned industry veteran and entrepreneur who has founded and operated two successful businesses.
