APEX gaming has received a significant order from Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort and Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River. APEX gaming has been rewarded for its outstanding service, far-reaching product range, great jackpot island solutions and the sheer will to support the Harrah’s Cherokee team as much as possible in bringing its latest innovation to their customers.
This business relationship began in 2016 when Harrah’s management was looking for a way to better manage their live gaming tables. “It all began with our search for a cash management solution for our live gaming tables. JL Drapeau of Apogee Gaming first introduced APEX gaming to us. When he told us that they have a solution for table games, we were all ears”, remembered Ron Hager, Director of Table Games at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort. Mr. Hager had very specific requirements. “The APEX team was very keen to learn how they could solve our problems. The APEX team listened to our problems, offered to find a solution and then worked swiftly and professionally to make the further developments on their iDROP to create exactly what we need. This brought about the iDROPe. We issue literally millions of promotional coupons every year. Our customers had to queue and wait at the cages to exchange these. This problem belongs to the past as our customers can redeem the coupons directly at the live gaming tables”. Asked about the performance of the iDROPe units, Mr. Hager stated, “We are extremely happy. The iDROPe units are exceeding our expectations”.

Indeed, Harrah’s Cherokee will be the very first casino in North America to introduce the Wall Edition together with the CLOVER LINK games.
