After a nine-month pilot in three French casinos, Courses et Jeux, which regulates gaming in France and French territories, has approved Atronic as its Wide Area Progressive (WAP) provider and Atronic's System Division as its operator.

Atronic partnered with a joint venture group comprising casino operators Groupe Lucien Barrière, Groupe Tranchant and Joagroupe to test its Superjack WAP in three casinos and conduct a thorough technical and functional validation.

The nine-month pilot took place between April and December 2008 at Casino Ouistreham (Barrière), Casino de Luc sur Mer (Tranchant), and Casino de Saint-Aubin (Joagroupe).
