Concept wins LCI contract
Boutique project management company Concept has won a contract to project manage an £11 million casino in Leeds, UK for London Clubs International.
Work begins on the 55,000 sq ft (5,100 sq m) casino at the city’s Clarence Docks in April 2007 and is due for completion in early November.
The three-storey casino, to be built on a former car park next to The Royal Armouries, will include bars, restaurants and entertainment suites for corporate events.
This is Concept’s second project with London Clubs International for whom it is also working on a 60,000 sq ft (5,574 sq m) casino in Glasgow due to open in the autumn.
The developments are two of a number of sites to be developed as part of a multi- million pound expansion programme for London Clubs International.
