VendingData has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Advanced Electronic Systems, part of the Suzo-Happ Group
VendingData has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Advanced Electronic Systems, a company which recently merged into the Suzo-Happ group. The agreement grants AESI the exclusive right to market and distribute VendingData products within North, Central and South America as well as South Africa, Europe and the Russian Federation.
The rolling two-year agreement, which carries an automatic renewal clause, gives AESI an exclusive, non-transferable right to promote, sell, distribute, service and support VendingData products as well as to appoint mutually agreed sub-distributors in the Americas, Europe and the Russian Federation as well as the non-exclusive right to market, distribute and service VendingData products in the Caribbean.
