Aristocrat Technologies has tied up a software development and distribution agreement with Tech Results, a Las Vegas-based company specialising in Customer Relationship Management and Business Intelligence solutions for gaming companies. The agreement provides Aristocrat with a worldwide exclusive right for distribution of Tech Results products and helps leapfrog Aristocrat’s System 7000 PRIME solution over their competition, the company says. It also provides for combined development of some products to leverage Aristocrat’s newest technologies as they become available to the market.
“We are extremely pleased to have executed this agreement with Tech Results. We have been working together with them for some months in core markets like Australia and Macau, and have clearly seen the customer interest in the exciting features their solutions add to our powerful System 7000 PRIME solution. The combined offering to be branded System 7000 PRIME Enterprise, will allow us to help our customers expand and deepen their relationships with their customers, better service all their guests, and improve the performance of their operations,” said Steve Parker, Group General Manager – Sales, Marketing and R&D, Aristocrat.
