GPI at G2E 2007, in Casino International

Gaming Partners International is the world leader with proven expertise in creating, customizing and supplying gaming chips, jetons and plaques, with or without RFID, and other security and sensitive table gaming products such as dice, cards, wheels and RFID readers as well as layouts and gaming tables directly to licensed casinos all over the world.

GPI is the casinos’ partner and provides the widest range of value chips, jetons and plaques under its three major brands: Paulson (clay chips), B&G (injection molded, laminated and sublimated chips) and Bud Jones (injection molded chips). B&G, now GPI SAS, specializing in gaming chips for more than 80 years, began selling RFID chips more than 10 years ago. Over the years, more than 100 casinos worldwide have purchased RFID jetons, plaques and chips, including the newest casino resorts such as Crown Macau and Planet Hollywood Las Vegas.

GPI continues to adapt its processes and products:

To produce chips, plaques and jetons which casino operators trust and demand. It is essential that RFID chips have the same feel, the same weight, the same sound and the same look as regular chips that dealers and players prefer.

To permit the casino operators to select the RFID system which best suits their respective needs for both security and operational applications such as player tracking and chip inventory accounting. Among the three brands, the products displayed during G2E are for low frequency 125 KHz RFID systems and for two different high frequency 13.56 MHz RFID systems, EurasiaTrak and PGIC/Magellan.

Based on 125 KHz technology, the Electronic Chips Surveillance (ECS) system will be installed on the booth for demonstrations. ECS is designed to help casino management reduce internal theft by offering high detection rate to protect RFID chips from being stolen.

The latest RFID reader, a poker pot chip reader will be premiered for G2E visitors. Its design and performance make it the perfect tool for the efficient verification of the total amount of the pot value and the rake at all poker tables.

In addition to its RFID products, GPI will display a new line of innovative plaques designs and finishes. GPI plaques are unique when it comes to security, quality, durability and class for high denominations and they are highly appreciated by an increasingly demanding Asian clientele.

At G2E, GPI will demonstrate why “We make the money the world plays with”.
