Black Sea site for Queenco
Queenco Leisure is to develop a €10 million casino in the city of Constanta, which is the third largest city in Romania.
The company currently operates two casinos in Greece, one 80 kilometres from Athens, and one on the island of Rhodes. Queenco also operates the Casino Palace in Romania, in the centre of Bucharest.
The deal is understood to involve an annual royalty payment of €140,000 to the town of Constanta.
