Gaming halls in the Urals have flouted advertising laws recently. According to a Ural Gaming Business Development Association representative, it happens quite regularly and it is caused by ignorance of gaming legislation by entrepreneurs.

As it was reported by Ludmila Smirnyagina, chief executive of advertising control department in Sverdlovsk Region, the antitrust authority is going to study three cases directly connected with the breach of advertising legislation by gaming venues. The Ermak Co. promoted the gaming hall called “Big Scoop” (or “Bolshoy Kush” in Russian) on the three fabric banners outside of the venue. The banner depicted money with the sign: “Scoop it!!! 1,000,000 rubles!” Individual entrepreneur A.S. Borodin from Neviansk city promoted the gaming club “MAGISTR URAL.” The advertisement on the billboard was placed at the entrance and on the front of the gaming venue.
