Mr. Serge Darkin, governor of Primoriye region, has signed a draft law supporting restrictive measures in gambling. With the law coming into force some limitations would be imposed on gaming venues.

It would be prohibited to place casinos, gaming halls, gaming machines, betting centers and totes inside dwelling houses, shopping malls, within market places and shops, at the stations and in airports, at bus-stations, within social and cultural establishments. Moreover it is forbidden to use gaming facilities and to take bets outside of the gaming venues. As it was stated by local administration the law enables to put in order gaming business, guarantees high quality of gaming services and protects people from its possible negative consequences.
