Universities to offer gaming training at G2E Asia in June
G2E Asia has partnered with the University of Macau and the Singapore campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas to provide gaming training through the new G2E Asia Gaming Management Certificate program.
The program will be offered as a one-day training workshop on June 3rd, 2008, at the Cotai Strip Convention and Exhibition Center at the Venetian Macao in conjunction with G2E Asia 2008, which is scheduled for June 3rd-5th.
"The gaming industry in Macau is booming, and there is a need for educated supervisors and managers," said Dr Andy Nazarechuk, Dean of the University of Last Vega Singapore campus.
The G2E Asia Gaming Management Certificate program aims to offer expert-led workshops specifically designed to address the subjects and trends that are most crucial to success in today's competitive gaming marketplace. Gaming professionals who participate in the program will learn how to increase customer service, develop leadership skills, enhance employee satisfaction, create casino marketing plans, understand the importance of responsible gaming programs - and more.
