Atronic’s Deal or no Deal Makes French Connection
Published:  01 October, 2006

Deal or no Deal, the licensed video slot from Atronic based on the globally successful TV game show from Endemol is now available in France following the first installation of these exhilarating games at Casino Barrière de Deauville.

The first bank of Deal or no Deal machines to go live in France has already proved to be as popular with players as the TV game show itself recreating all the tension of the shows finale in the strategic Cash Box Bonus.

Mrs Florence Andre, Slot Manager for Casino Barrière de Deauville, said: ‘After two months of activity, the Deal or no Deal machines have really captivated the French casino players. They are so excited to get into the main bonus and put themselves into the TV show situation. The principle is quite easy to understand, entertaining and quickly immerses the player into an intense playing experience. Players get really involved in the game-play making their own choices and enjoying the opportunity to take decisions.’

As well as the compelling gameplay itself Mrs Florence Andre believes the package as a whole enhances the popularity of Deal or no Deal in the casino: “Its attractive packaging and the exciting environment created by the sign featuring the briefcase full of banknotes, and the plasma screen displaying the TV show from different European countries are important ingredients of why this is such a big hit.”

Atronic’s French distributor Ludi worked closely with the casino to negotiate the deal and to introduce Deal or no Deal to the French market.
