As it continues to grow to meet the needs of its expanding customer base across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, Gaming Support has added Victor Holleman, Anne Högberg Janisch, and Daniel Miller to its sales team.
Victor joins from Holland Casino. He will direct Gaming Support’s Holland Casino account. “When managing as the Product Manager Slots for Holland Casino in Rotterdam, I used to regularly work with the Gaming Support team,” said Victor. “They are a fantastic group of people to do business with; they take care of all the necessary technical activities you are involved with during installation of new slot machines and signage. Because of their support, I could concentrate on other problems and opportunities.” Having worked with Holland Casino for over 20 years, Victor feels that now is a good time to take on a fresh challenge, using his acquired knowledge about the gaming industry, which is “an industry I absolutely love.”
Anne joins from Tellus and Lufthansa, where her dual German- Norwegian nationality and multilingual skills saw her quickly rise to manage her own sales territories and successfully complete Lufthansa’s trainee program. “With the advanced products that Gaming Support offers, combined with its focus on customer excellence, I know I will be able to deliver superior solutions to my customers. It is a challenge that I am looking forward to meeting,” said Anne.
Daniel joins from Cisco Systems, and will be responsible for managing Gaming Support’s industry-leading JackpotJunction solution – a multimedia promotional system that enables gaming and amusement enterprises to market and cross-promote their facilities to their target customers. “JackpotJunction’s customer base includes the best gaming and amusement operators around the world. I am very excited to move from one world-beating company to Gaming Support; another world-beater.”
Staff numbers are not the only thing in the company that is going up in the world. With its inaugural flight on July 15, Gaming Support proudly launched its new 30-metre high, 25-metre wide hot air balloon (totaling 7,000 cubic meters). As a participant in the recent Breda Ballon Fiesta (http://www.bredaballonfiesta.nl/), the company had the pleasure of introducing some of its customers to the joys of hot air ballooning. Created by Rotterdam-based Ballon Adventures (http://www.ballon.nl/), Gaming Support looks forward to exhibiting this new member of its family in the skies across Europe.
