Suzo-Happ have acquired Starpoint Developments Ltd., a UK-based supplier of electro-mechanical devices used in the gaming and amusement markets.
“This transaction reinforces our position as a global one-stop shop for amusement- and gaming-related parts and accessories sold both to OEMs and through distribution to a broad array of gaming operators,” said Chuck Turnbull, President and CEO of Suzo-Happ Group. “Starpoint’s products, engineering capabilities and manufacturing operations all complement our portfolio.”
“Becoming part of the [Suzo-Happ] group has clear benefits for all involved,” said Colin Crossman, Starpoint MD. “This simplifies the sourcing process for our customers, increases resources we can devote to continued product development, and allows us to take advantage of strategies developed by our new parent company to deliver the best products at the best prices and with the best customer service.”
Suzo-Happ will continue operating Starpoint as a separate entity and will integrate the Starpoint line into its catalog for easy sourcing.
