MEI has promoted Mark Greenawalt to the position of European Gaming Director. The former US-based Director of Gaming Sales (Eastern Region) will be relocating to MEI’s UK headquarters in Winnersh, Berkshire where he will head up the European Gaming Team.
Mark will replace Chris Mumford, who recently returned to a role within MEI’s vending channel in the US.
“I’m delighted to be joining the European team and meeting with our customers throughout the region,” said Mark. “Developments in both Western and Eastern Europe offer exciting opportunities and challenges for the gaming industry which we look forward to facing in partnership with our customers.”
Mark joined MEI in 2005 with 15 years of experience in sales, sales management engineering and manufacturing behind him. With his excellent gaming knowledge and industry relationships, he has made a direct contribution to the explosive growth of the MEI CASHFLOW SC Series in new jurisdictions in the US.
Phil Wesel, MEI’s Global Gaming Marketing Manager, said of Mark’s promotion: “Since Mark joined MEI, he has consistently proven his ability to meet the needs of our customers. This expertise made him the perfect candidate to take charge of our operations in Europe, where we expect great things from his direction of the European Gaming team.”
Will the plans for Russia's 'remote' gaming areas go ahead as the State Duma has described?
