Aristocrat Technologies Europe has installed the very first PokerProT table into Europe. The successful installation into Aspers Casino in Newcastle, one of the leading gaming operators in the UK, marks Aristocrat’s entry into the European multi-station gaming market.
“Already, the table has proved a huge success helping to introduce newer players to the cash games, as well as making it possible for Aspers to offer cash games for a larger part of the gaming day,” stated Paul Sculpher, General Manager of Aspers Casino. “From the moment we turned on the Poker ProTM table it was an instant hit among existing poker players and continues to be the last table occupied in the venue.”
“Aristocrat is delighted with the smooth set-up and implementation of the product” said Tim Klok, European Manager Multi Station Gaming for Aristocrat. “As we expected the staff at Aspers was impressed by the simple operator interface and the increased turnover achieved on the table. Players were also excited at the speed at which it deals and pays out.”
Based on the exceptional performance of the PokerPro table Aspers Casino has already placed an order for a second PokerPro machine, which will be delivered in November and other European operators will be receiving tables shortly. These venues include Casino di Venezia in Italy and Ladbrokes Casino & Sports Bar, London.
