Heber has added a new gaming control system to their hugely successful and widely renowned Axis family of multimedia gaming control systems.
Axis 945 is a high powered multimedia gaming system that incorporates an Intel Celeron M 410 1.46GHz or M 440 1.8GHz processor and the Intel 945GM chipset. Heber’s X-line range of USB peripheral controllers are combined with Axis 945 to provide all the inputs/outputs and security that are required in a gaming control system. An optional graphics card can be fitted to provide excellent video performance utilising the on board PCI Express x16 expansion.
“Following the positive reaction that Axis 945 received at ICE 2007 we have now further developed the Axis 945 system to suit our customer’s needs,” said Richard Horne, Technical Marketing Manager. “The flexible security options, I/O, and high performance video options can be configured depending on what our customers require for their gaming machines”.
Following on from the hugely successful ICE 2007 exhibition, Heber continues to receive positive feedback on the Axis 945 system together with new X-Line options, including X20.

In other news for the company, they have expanded their sales team with the addition of Laura Hall. It is an internal movement within Heber, as laura joins from the accounts department. Having joined Heber more than four years ago, Laura brings considerable accounting and administration skills to her new position in the busy Heber sales office.
“I’m delighted to be working with Laura in the Sales Department,” said John Malin, Sales Manager. “Laura brings a huge amount of knowledge from her accounting role at Heber and will be an invaluable asset to the sales team”.
Laura has previously manned Heber’s stand at some of the recent trade shows and is already familiar with many of Heber’s existing customers. Heber are recruiting a new Accounts Administrator to replace Laura’s position.
