Suzo Americas exceeds target
Published:  01 July, 2006

Thermal printer experts FutureLogic has announced that during the last 18 months Suzo Americas has surpassed expectations for South American market penetration, and has helped establish the largest installed base of thermal gaming printers in the region.

Under an agreement initiated in early 2005, Suzo Americas sells and provides service for FutureLogic’s TITO (ticket-in/ticket-out) printers throughout Latin America. Suzo Americas reports installations of more than 6000 FutureLogic GEN1 and GEN2 printers in all of South America’s major gaming markets - including Buenos Aires and Mendoza, Argentina, Viña del Mar, Chile and Quito, Ecuador. With dozens of new casinos slated for TITO launches in 2006, Suzo Americas expects FutureLogic will continue to grow its share of market. Jens Peiler, General Manager of Suzo Americas said: “FutureLogic’s worldwide reputation for reliability and innovative technology provided an excellent foundation for the South American introduction. The versatile GEN2 printer has also enhanced our ability to provide a complete set of cashless solutions to our OEM and casino customers in this burgeoning region.” More than 30 Suzo professionals working in more than 20 Latin American countries help FutureLogic identify and meet customer expectations based on unique local requirements. Suzo Americas’ comprehensive technical service facility in Argentina also ensures timely, cost-effective engineering support, training and technical service. Nick Micalizzi, Vice President Sales and Marketing for FutureLogic commented, “Suzo Americas’ expertise in the gaming industry helped them blast through the goals we set for our first year in South America, and their commitment to total customer
