Inspired rolls out Chipper
Published:  01 June, 2007
Inspired's new Chipper

Complementing recent expansion into Asia, Inspired Gaming International (Inspired), part of Inspired Gaming Group plc, today announces a new supply deal with two leading casinos in France.

Complementing recent expansion into Asia, Inspired Gaming International has announced a new supply deal with two leading casinos in France. Inspired will roll out the Chipper, its state-of-the-art mechanical casino chip sorter, through its French distributor, Proced, to Viking Casinos and an Independent Casino Group.

Following a successful trial earlier this year, Inspired will deploy 10 chippers, five in each of the two casinos. Inspired’s Chipper is a mechanical and portable product that enables casinos to sort chips quickly and efficiently. Manoeuvrable, quiet and easy to run, the Chipper reliably sorts up to 500 chips a minute.

Anne de Kerckhove, Managing Director International for Inspired, commented: “Our Chipper is a unique product with superb performance. We have already seen that it can increase the efficiency of casino operations. It is a true testament to a product’s performance that after the initial first sale, both casinos have decided to install the Chipper across their estates.”

Christian Huby, Executive Chairman of Casino Bourbon l'Archambault and Bourbon Lancy Viking Casinos, added: “After the first sale we were completely convinced by this product which is why we are rolling out Inspired’s Chipper across all our casinos.”

Mr. Auplais, Group Chairman of the Independent Casino Group, concluded: “The Chipper is an impressive product and will help improve productivity amongst our staff. The design makes it easy to use, and more importantly, fast, which is very beneficial during peak times in our casinos.”

Poll

Will the plans for Russia's 'remote' gaming areas go ahead as the State Duma has described?

  • Yes, almost certainly. It's a great idea.
  • Maybe, with a few revisions it could work.
  • Don't be absurd, it's a crazy plan.
