TCSJH helps kit out Empire
Published:  01 July, 2007

London Clubs International’s grand project, The Casino at the Empire, has kitted out their gaming rooms with a selection of TCSJOHNHUXLEY product.

State-of-the-art technology and the latest gaming innovations have been incorporated at all levels; TCSJOHNHUXLEY were selected to supply all 30 tables for the main gaming floor including Roulette, Blackjack, Three-card Poker and Punto Banco. Each table was custom-made ensuring the design and finishes blended seamlessly with the décor. To cater for all players needs, Wendy Llambias, Complex Director, also insisted four low-level disabled tables were incorporated. Saturn Roulette wheels, e-FX Multi-media displays and the newly-launched Chipper Champ 2 provide the latest technology products along with 24 Novo Unity TouchBet Roulette terminals linked to three live wheels.

Wendy comments: “I’m delighted with the gaming tables as we wanted to achieve a contemporary look and these definitely fit the bill. They incorporate all the latest technology whilst being practical and complementing the décor. Everything TCSJOHNHUXLEY supplied exceeds expectations, I cannot fault the equipment.”

The casino is spread over two floors, with the main gaming area downstairs along with an 80-player poker room which will host the first UK World Series of Poker in early September followed by the European Masters. As with all aspects of this project, it displays many unique features. The multi-purpose poker room is the largest in London and will be used for a whole host of events ranging from fine dining and private parties to special events – the card tables have been specially designed to adjust from poker tables, to dining tables and finally poser type tables for a bar setting.

Wendy, previously Director of Gaming and Marketing at the Aladdin, Las Vegas, concluded: “After living and working in Las Vegas for three years, I gained invaluable experience in entertainment and marketing that is unique to the region. Being able to offer visitors the chance to see live entertainment, visit a nightclub, relax in a selection of bars and restaurants as well as providing a large variety of gaming facilities is totally unique here. We have created a touch of Vegas in the heart of London.”

Poll

Will the plans for Russia's 'remote' gaming areas go ahead as the State Duma has described?

  • Yes, almost certainly. It's a great idea.
  • Maybe, with a few revisions it could work.
  • Don't be absurd, it's a crazy plan.
