Inspired wins further successes

Gala Coral Group has expanded its portfolio of server-based gaming terminals by adding a further 1200, from the Inspired Gaming Group. Meanwhile, Inpsired is scoring significant success in Asia...

Gala Coral Group (GCG) has added a further 1200 server-based gaming terminals across their estate, supplied by Inspired Gaming Group. The roll-out, which was apparently completed at the end of July 2007, comprises 600 Multi-Win Roulette terminals for SBG table gaming and 300 Atronic e-motion cabinets for SBG slots, as well as 300 SBG bingo seats. Built on Inspired Gaming Group’s Open SBG platform, Gala Gaming Platform (GGP) promotes third party integration and the roll-out of Atronic cabinets demonstrates the inherent Open third-party integration capabilities within GGP.

Gala also plans to operate 500 GGP terminals in their Bingo businesses by September 2007, offering both digital bingo and digital slot products.

Inspired Gaming International (IGI), another part of the group, has scored significant success with its Open Server-Based Gaming terminals across Asia. Working alongside Silver Heritage, one of the leading operators of terminals to licensed gaming premises in the Asia-Pacific region, more than 250 terminals will hit Asia in the coming months, with many in Holiday Group Casinos.

“We are excited to keep up the momentum in our expansion into Asia through this roll-out,” said Anne de Kerckhove, MD of IGI.

Poll

Will the plans for Russia's 'remote' gaming areas go ahead as the State Duma has described?

  • Yes, almost certainly. It's a great idea.
  • Maybe, with a few revisions it could work.
  • Don't be absurd, it's a crazy plan.
