Published:  01 November, 2007
Progressive Gaming at G2E 2007 in Casino International

‘Win Proximity Meter’ should raise player excitement to new levels

During the 2007 G2E show, Progressive Gaming will unveil its new enhanced Mystery Jackpot system which is being developed in conjunction with Acres/Fiore. Referred to as the “Win Proximity Meter”, this new jackpot product takes player entertainment to a new level. This exciting new feature within the Casinolink Jackpot product group will allow for multiple jackpots to be won at random on any game play and will include a “Win Proximity” meter that indicates to players when one of the jackpot awards is close to being hit. Once the Win Proximity meter reaches its peak, player anticipation increases further as an attractive overhead display cycles through all of the available jackpot amounts before finally settling on one winning amount. Then, the cycling starts for all the linked machines until finally revealing the winning player.

In addition, the Company will unveil Casinolink 3.0. Casinolink version 3.0 is the first release of Casinolink Enterprise that incorporates the latest .Net software engineering technologies from Microsoft. The new development architecture is designed for simplicity, scalability and reliability for use in the smallest four wall casino to the biggest enterprise development.
