Money Controls highlights Ardac Elite at G2E 2007, booth 2385
Taking centre-stage on the Money Controls stand at G2E is Ardac Elite, its top of the range bill and ticket acceptor. Since its debut at last year’s G2E, Ardac Elite has undergone rigorous testing with OEMs and has also been tested in a series of high-profile field trials in casinos around the world. The test results were impressive and have led to Ardac Elite being approved by several major OEMs, with retrofit programmes being carried out in every one of the casinos taking part in the trials.
Money Controls is proud of how easy it is to retrofit Ardac Elite, as Ron Rollins, Money Controls’ Vice President Global Gaming, testifies: “At Money Controls we are leading the way in successfully retrofitting a wide range of machines built in the last 10 years .Casino operators who have retrofitted slots with Ardac Elite are consistently reporting an increase in machine revenue.”
Versatility was a keyword in the development of Ardac Elite: a range of hardware interfaces and three industry-standard protocols mean that it is hardware and software compatible with all current machines.
With its industry-standard footprint, retrofitting Ardac Elite is a simple procedure for the majority of machines. Retrofitting to non-standard machines is where Money Controls’ application engineering comes in, as David John, Money Controls’ Applications Manager, explains: “In the past year, we have retrofitted Ardac Elite in over 20 countries to just about every type of machine. With this experience, installing Ardac Elite into machines on a casino floor can now be achieved quickly and easily.”
As well as Ardac Elite, several other products feature prominently on Money Controls’ booth (No. 2385):
The Cyclone range of hoppers, including the Cyclone High Capacity, which holds up to 2,500 quarters, and the new Cyclone-T, developed specifically to handle US dollar tokens.
Condor Premier, the highly secure, high-acceptance coin and token acceptor that handles up to ten coins per second.
PayLink, the USB payment integration module that dramatically reduces the time-to-market for PC-based games.
“Although our main focus at G2E is on the benefits of operating Ardac Elite, visitors to our stand will also see the breadth of our product portfolio. With these products and our application engineering, it’s no wonder we are leading the way in money-handling solutions,” concluded Ron Rollins.
