G2E sees upgrade of PromoNet Coupon Solution
Market-leaders FutureLogic brings its excellent suite of products to G2E, with the world-renowned GEN2 thermal ticket printer, the GEN2 Universal – and their superb PromoNet Coupon Solution, which has undergone something of an upgrade.
GEN2 Ticket Printer
FutureLogic’s popular GEN2 printer features ITH (Intelligent Ticket Handling), the IntelligentBezel system, ProColor printing, and more. The ITH technology sets the printer apart from competing TITO printers by making the "cashout ticket" available ONLY after the ticket is fully printed internally and automatically burst.
GEN2 Universal Ticket Printer
The GEN2 Universal ticket printer provides a migration path and supports all current and emerging game types via one of three communication ports: RS232 (backward compatible), NetPlex (backward compatible), and USB 2.0 Full Speed (future GSA compliant, IGT compliant). The GEN2 Universal connection architecture is available in both the standard GEN2 printer and the GEN2 VST® vertical format printer, which is designed specifically for use with space saving slim-top machines and kiosk applications.
PromoNet Coupon Solution
The PromoNet coupon solution is a patent pending, flexible and feature-rich system that turns ordinary slot tickets into colorful, eye-catching coupons, and helps casino marketing departments deliver real-time targeted promotions at the game. The PromoNet system utilizes the existing game port to communicate with the printers and takes full advantage of the existing hardware across the casino floor. No costly modifications to the existing printers and/or the communication protocols are required.
FutureLogic holds the leadership position in the TITO printer industry, with almost one million units installed worldwide. Winners of nine industry awards in four years, FutureLogic’s GEN2 printers have set the pace for innovation, reliability and functionality in the cashless gaming industry. With more installed TITO printers than all other manufacturers combined, FutureLogic printers currently print more than four billion tickets per year across the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
In addition to significant investments in developing new technologies and implementing emerging OEM design requirements, FutureLogic has worked hard to establish engineering and technical service operations in key markets around the world. The company’s mission “to be the very best printer resource our customers’ have, to strive to improve our value to the customer, always working to ensure their satisfaction” is supported by sales, service and distribution offices in Las Vegas, London, Macau, and in Sydney, Australia.
Will the plans for Russia's 'remote' gaming areas go ahead as the State Duma has described?
