Shuffle Master has completed a $30 million deal for the acquisition of Progressive Gaming International’s worldwide Table Game Division assets, which include all Progressive’s table game titles including Caribbean Stud and Texas Hold ’Em Bonus. The agreement includes a software distribution licence, under which Progressive will provide progressive table technology to Shuffle Master exclusively, with certain exceptions, and will integrate this technology with certain versions of Shuffle Master’s speciality table games.
