In what the company claims is an industry first, players joining online game operator BackgammonMasters' VIP program can now use their mouse to add an electronic version of their signature to the terms and conditions documentation.
Following a pilot, BackgammonMasters.com has embedded the patent-pending Signature Link technology into its sign-up system for VIP players.
In a second phase, the system will be used for normal transactions. "We first have to check the technology and the feedback of our users before adding this to our cashier, but we will take this step by step," a spokesperson for BackgammonMasters said.
