Duplicate Poker, classified as a skill-based game because players compete against other players on other tables who are dealt identical cards, is legal in most US states, and can be played legally using money uploaded from credit cards.
Its makers claim that Duplicate Poker, which is three years old, is the fastest-growing online poker room in the world, and have just launched the first Duplicate Poker World Championships.
The latest entry to the skill-based online poker world is SpadeClub, an online poker community that operates on a monthly subscription model under sweepstakes and promotions law, which makes it legal in some 35 American states and other jurisdictions.
