Moffitt joins from the Unicum Group, where he held several senior positions - most recently, Vice President (Product Development) and Chief Technology Officer.

Following its acquisition by PacificNet, Octavian is to continue to operate under its own name, working independently and also collaborating with other PacificNet gaming subsidiaries.
