Ameranth, Inc has received an official ‘Notice of Allowance' from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for what it claims is a major patent, which will have a term extending to March 2026, on its revolutionary, automated gaming system invention: ‘21st Century Casino'.
The result of work that began in 2001 at Ameranth's QueueOS division, the patent Products and Processes for Operations Management of Casino, Leisure and Hospitality Industry, includes claims which broadly cover a system encompassing virtually all critical operations of the modern poker room, according to the company. This includes player seating, public displays, tournaments, and player tracking for/from electronic and manual poker tables, as well as dealer rotation/tracking, security, wireless/internet connections and many other key aspects of the 21st Century Casino.
