Sweden's Casino Cosmopol recently reviewed their table management and cage system – and opted for PGI's Casinolink Table, Casinolink Cage and Casinolink Pit solutions. When Casino Cosmopol in Sweden took the decision to review their table management and cage system, their preference was for a supplier they had already dealt with, who had a comprehensive understanding of their casino operation and had successfully installed a number of key systems for them previously.
The selection of Progressive Gaming International and its Casinolink Table, Casinolink Cage and Casinolink Pit solutions was therefore the natural choice.
Casino Cosmopol took the decision to install these modules from Progressive Gaming’s product range, after they were identified as the most suitable combination to meet their requirements. After their initial installation at the pilot site in Sundsvall, the software has now been rolled out across the remaining sites, including Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo.
Casino Cosmopol opened their first Casino in 2001 and all four casinos have been up and running since March 2003. The growth is still very strong and during 2007 Casino Cosmopol’s net income increased by 15 per cent, compared to 2006. Slot machines are their most popular games and represent 60 percent of the company’s net income.
Tim Parker, Sales Director at Progressive Gaming International commented: “We have established a very strong business relationship with Casino Cosmopol and their confidence in our systems and our ability to deliver clear business benefits to their casino operation is apparent. I am delighted that they have chosen to expand the Progressive Gaming systems they use further and I am confident their business will quickly reap the rewards from doing so.”
He added: “Casino Cosmopol will be able to use their systems to provide casino performance data that will enhance management decision making and drive their business forward. Effectively they can keep track of cash and chip movement and gain valuable player tracking and table play information throughout their casinos. The installation of Casinolink Table provides the added benefit of improved game security and ensures staff can further improve the delivery of customer service to their patrons.”
Roger Jonsson, Senior Gaming Manager at Casino Cosmopol commented, “The installation of Casinolink Cage, Casinolink Pit and Casinolink Table at Casino Cosmopol was a great success. One very important reason for this project’s success was the careful planning and tight cooperation between Casino Cosmopol and Progressive Gaming International during the whole process.
“From the start of planning the pilot until the production rollout was completed there were open discussions and both sides contributed professionally to meet the project plans and timetable set for the installation. We are really happy with the new system. Its performance exceeds our expectations. It is fast and efficient and it gives us very comprehensive information about our gaming operation, which enables us to manage our business very efficiently and effectively. ”
Roger concluded: “Ensuring our customers enjoy their gaming experience is vital to the success of our business and the system is so efficient to use, it frees our team from more laborious processes and instead, enables our staff to concentrate fully on the high standard of customer service we offer our customers. This has played a key part in driving and enhancing the success of our casino operation.”
