Innocore praises Intel's guarantee

Intel's Embedded Communication Group (ECG) has increased the guaranteed lifecycle of components included on its roadmap for embedded systems from five to seven years, including the chipsets and CPUs.
"Intel's ECG is dedicated to providing long life manufacturing support for the embedded market," explains Innocore.
"Over the last ten years Intel is the only chipset and CPU supplier that has lived up to their promises to support long lifecycles for their products. We welcome this move and will continue to pass on the benefits to our customers."
