Planning is already underway for the 2009 International Gaming Awards, which are held in London during ICE, the International Casino Exhibition.

Next year's awards ceremony will support two charities: Care International and Children with Leukaemia. Donations to these charities can be made at any time via www.gaming-awards.com.

"The judging panel for 2009 is now being selected, and we're talking with sponsors," says organiser Lisa Barrett.

"We would appreciate input from industry practitioners, and if you would like to participate in the judging, email lisa@gaming-awards.com."
