Packer to sign?

According to a spokesperson for the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, James Packer is about to sign a deal to build a hotel casino resort on reclaimed land in Manila Bay, which the Philippine Government hopes will become a gaming attraction on the scale of Macau.

Genting is the only company so far to have been granted the licence to operate a casino at the site.
