Iverson explore South Korea
Published:  01 November, 2006

Iverson Gaming has completed installation of a SLOTMaster Slot Accounting and Player Tracking System in three South Korea casinos.

The accounting and player tracking solutions of Iverson Gaming Systems’ SLOTMaster suite of products was installed in Grand Korea Corporation’s Seven Luck Casinos located in Kangnam and Kangbuk in Seoul, and in the resort sector of Pusan. The second phase of installation, Iverson’s Cashless (account based) System, will be installed in the coming months.

The installation and operation of SLOTMaster has been such a success, that Iverson received a Certificate of Appreciation from Jung Sam Park, President of Grand Korea Corporation. He remarked: “This is to express our deepest gratitude to Iverson Gaming Systems for its invaluable contribution to 7 Luck Casino for its Slot Machine Management System. Iverson has excellently supported 7 Luck Casino through its dedication and enthusiasm.”

The company has also signed a ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ with Grand Korea Corporation of South Korea to jointly promote and sell their respective casino technology systems.

Iverson Gaming Systems agrees to represent Grand Korea Corporation and their products, Casino Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), with Iverson’s SLOTMaster Slot Accounting and Player Tracking system in the Americas and Europe. In turn, Grand Korea Corporation agrees to represent Iverson Gaming Systems’ SLOTMaster in addition to their products in the Asian market. This “Combined System” allows the two companies to sell a complete casino monitoring system comparable to other systems currently on the market.

“I am very happy and proud that Iverson Gaming Systems will be collaborating with the Grand Korea Corporation in offering our combined systems to the global Gaming Market,” stated Joanne Iverson, President of Iverson Gaming Systems. “Grand Korea Corp. Casino Management System and Iverson’s SLOTMaster system are ideally positioned to provide a complete picture of player activity: Grand Korea has the expertise in capturing and analyzing table player activity and Iverson has the experience in collecting data from various slot machines in numerous protocols and configurations. These specialties, combined with multiple currencies, multiple languages and use of the world wide web for remote access will take both companies to the next level of success.”

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Joanne Iverson, President of Iverson Gaming Systems, and Jung Sam Park, President of Grand Korea Corporation in an elaborate ceremony hosted at the Hilton Hotel in Seoul on September 19, 2006. The Combined System will be on display at this year’s Global Gaming Expo in Iverson Gaming Systems’ booth 3491.
