Aristocrat boosts customer service

Aristocrat Technologies Europe has appointed of David Daniel to the newly-created post of Customer Services Manager.
Daniel is a veteran of Britain's Royal Air Force, where he served 21 years as an Administrator in a career that included tours of the Falkland Islands and Kosovo.
More recently, he gained valuable Customer Services Management experience with a London Heathrow-based company.
The appointment is one of several new CRM initiatives being instigated by Aristocrat Europe, including a planned customer survey designed to create new benchmarking figures that will help with ongoing monitoring of service performance levels.
