Casino Technology, the forward-thinking company from Bulgaria which has grown rapidly in recent years, recently showed its new partnership off at the ‘Gamexpo’ show in Budapest.
In Hungary, Casino Technology demonstrated the innovative ACE Casino Management System for the first time. It is designed to configure, maintain and manage the gaming operations of a cashless environment. Developed by South African company ACE Casino Equipment, it has now been implemented by Casino Technology in their new generation gaming automat GEMINI, to give operators a complete solution for modern casino management.
The system was demonstrated at the Casino Technology stand at ‘Gamexpo’, and visitors were able to test its advantages: providing better control and management of the cashless casino operations, as well as operator benefits such as reducing staff requirements and increasing profits from each gaming unit.
It also offers better safety and convenience for the players, who enjoy more comfort and interaction, and by using a Players card they have the chance to take part in membership programs and to receive benefits rewards through electronic Cashback Vouchers without even having to leave their seats.
The ACE cashless system launch at Budapest expo had strategic significance, as it was the first time that an innovation of that kind had been introduced into the local market. It was not surprising that it drew great interest from Hungarian operators and industry specialists. Shortly after, the system was successfully demonstrated at a range of industry fairs, including Entertainment Industry in Kiev, EELEX in Moscow and SAGSE in Buenos Aires. The next stop in the road show is G2E in Las Vegas, where Casino Technology is introducing their highend GEMINI series along with a number of attractive video slot games.
This successful relationship was formally started by the official signing of a distribution agreement between ACE and Casino Technology. The contract was signed at the Casino Technology offices in Budapest, by Sales Director, Sonia Nikolova and ACE Chief Executive, Cliff Lamberton, and made the Bulgarian manufacturer an official distributor of ACE systems.
“Casino Technology is an ideal partner for ACE as they have an existing infrastructure of sales and technical personnel throughout Europe and share the same values as ACE when it comes to superior customer service. For a systems company it is imperative that we create the right partnerships, as implementing a gaming system into a casino requires ongoing commitment, service and support. Casino Technology share this outlook,” commented Cliff on signing the agreement. ACE have been designing, developing and implementing cashless gaming systems since 1992 and the product is successfully installed in over 40 locations globally.
