Little River Casino in Manistee, Michigan is among several new clients who are now implementing SCI’s FOOD-TRAK F&B (Food and Beverage) Management System.
“Doing a physical food and beverage inventory for us just wasn’t working out. It was fluctuating too much. We were looking for a system that would provide us an accurate account of our inventory and purchases and flag any variances,” explains Jason Cross, Senior Food and Beverage Manager at Little River Casino. “Also, our Finance Department wanted an interface to our accounting software. Other systems we checked out didn’t do that until we found FOOD-TRAK. Now we get accurate information when we need it and the structure to build on. I wish I’d had this system 10 years ago.”
