In the real world, many companies are struggling with the public spending less money, mortgage lending way down, and general doom and gloom. Banks are being bailed out left and right, and the world economy is waiting on news from the US as I type this. It’s hard not to pick up on that gloom – but if the casino industry is to buck the recession, we have to come together, share knowledge and tips and tricks to keep customers happy and returning. We have to give out a message of confidence, and communicate that to our customers, wherever they are. It could be a very hard year – but no matter how cold the winter, there’s always springtime ahead.
