Enteractive, a specialist in player reactivation and retention for the iGaming industry, is expanding activities for Ellmount Group with new reactivation campaigns for the CasinoRoom brand, in addition to existing activity for their HighRoller brand.
Following impressive conversion rates of more than 35% across both reactivation and NRC campaigns for HighRoller since starting in November, Ellmount Group has now entered into a new partnership with Enteractive to begin one-to-one call campaigns for its main brand CasinoRoom across 7 markets.
With Enteractive’s proprietary tech (Re)Activation Cloud platform, Ellmount Group was impressed by the easy and seamless integration of their player databases to Enteractive’s teams, allowing native-speaking call agents to personalise outreach to lapsed player databases.
