Future Anthem appoints new head of people

Future Anthem has appointed Emma Ferguson as its head of people as the company continues its ambitious expansion plans in Europe and North America, following a hugely successful twelve months.

Ferguson will lead all people operations within the company, ensuring that Future Anthem is the right environment for individuals to thrive. Her key responsibilities will include supporting recruitment efforts across all departments and owning the employee experience for new and existing staff.

She joins Future Anthem following a 17-year career in recruitment, consultancy and HR that has seen her work for a number of large companies including Hay Group, OC&C Strategy Consultants, Fledglink and UK Creative Services Ltd.

Emma Ferguson said: “It was quite clear to me from the outset that there’s huge potential for Future Anthem to not only continue its growth but sharpen its already impressive trajectory as it consolidates its position as an industry-leader.”
