Recreativos Franco SAU, co-founded in 1965 by the brothers Joaquín and Jesús Franco, is now 100% owned by Mr. Jesús Franco, after reaching an agreement with the heirs to the deceased Mr. Joaquín Franco on Friday, July 13th 2018.
The acquisition is the result of the corporate strategy to retain the Group’s leadership in the industry within a globalised gaming world.
