Existing customer adds new hostVizOps for hosts at River Spirit property.
VizExplorer, a leading provider of operational intelligence solutions to the gaming industry, has signed an agreement to deploy its most advanced player development solution at Tulsa’s River Spirit Casino Resort, one of the largest gaming floors in Oklahoma.
With more than 3000 slot machines on a 300,000-square foot gaming floor with a reputation for being the most popular in the state, River Spirit executives were looking to enable the host team to advance its VIP outreach and development efforts.
With the new hostVizOps, hosts gain new functionality that makes it easy to coordinate with marketing to manage events and track attendance and performance, submit hotel reservation requests for VIP guests, and speed comp request and approvals––all from within the mobile app.
