Reed announces Asia events cancellation

Exhibition and conference organiser Reed has announced major changes to its expo plans for Asia. The company sent out the following statement to exhibitors and guests:

“Based on our continued monitoring of the global health crisis, and in consultation with our customers and the local authorities, Global Gaming Expo (G2E) Asia is rescheduling its 2020 events in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

G2E Asia will return to the Venetian Macao,
May 25-27, 2021.
G2E Asia @ the Philippines will reconvene at the
Manila Marriott Hotel, November 10-11, 2021.

We made this difficult decision to postpone our 2020 events as continued travel and commercial restrictions present too much uncertainty. By shifting our focus to 2021, we can ensure that we meet the high expectations for these events that we share with our valued attendees and exhibitors. G2E Asia, and its organizers the American Gaming Association and Reed Exhibitions, are grateful for your continued support and apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

We look forward to continuing to support Asia’s resilient gaming industry and its recovery when we reconvene next year.”
