Relax Gaming has agreed a deal to supply the operator MegApuestas with its portfolio of tier-one games, making the provider’s titles available in the Colombian market for the first time.
The deal will see MegApuestas benefit initially from Relax’s proprietary content, taking its full portfolio live, including its 94% RTP range, with blockbuster hits including Temple Tumble, Money Train 2 and Banana Town.
Alexia Smilovic Rønde, chief regulatory officer at Relax, said: “We’re delighted to have entered the LatAm market through Colombia. The high pace at which we’re expanding globally is deeply encouraging, especially with this new jurisdiction that boasts such a high regulatory profile.
“We’ve effectively capitalised on previous jurisdictional experience to achieve an extremely fast time to market. We’ll certainly keep a close eye on regional regulatory developments to continue our successful journey in this part of the world.”
Nadiya Attard, chief commercial offer at Relax, said: “The Colombian online gaming market was one of the first Latin American markets to thoroughly regulate online gambling and has been progressing steadily every year. It’s with great pride that we enter the market with the operating powerhouse MegApuestas.
“Their longstanding reputation and local demand will ensure Relax Gaming gets off to an exceptional start in this extremely promising market. We look forward to launching our proprietary content within Colombia with leading titles, and the business growth to come.”
Daniela Asaftei, head of CRM MegApuesta, said: “We couldn’t be happier to introduce Relax’s portfolio to our Colombian players and are delighted that they chose MegApuesta for their entrance into Latin America.
“We’re certain Relax’s games will provide our players with an entirely new level of entertainment, and we can’t wait to see how they react when these are made available to them.”
