Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady will reopen Wednesday September 9th at 6pm. The reopening of Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady was planned in collaboration with the New York State Gaming Commission (NYSGC) and the Schenectady County Health Department.
Rivers Casino’s new daily hours of operation will be from 8am to 2am Downtime will be used for intensive property-wide deep cleaning in addition to the continuous sanitizing which will take place throughout each day.
Rivers has developed an extensive “Sure Bet Sanitized” cleaning program in partnership with Janitronics and airPHX Technology, along with a number of other new operating procedures in order to comply with, or surpass, the state’s new COVID-19 casino reopening protocols.
All guests and Rivers team members will be required to wear face coverings (masks).
