SoftConstruct LLC, a Nevada Corporation, dba BetConstruct North America has signed a letter of intent with OfficePools Bets operated by the Evergreen Corporation.
BetConstruct North America will provide OfficePools Bets with a complete suite of its online gaming products including sportsbook, casino slots, live streaming dealers, and virtual games. The agreement is pending regulatory approval.
