Symplify showcases CRM and AI offering at ICE

ICE was the first exhibition Symplify has attended since its acquisition of Jada Gaming. Symplify took the opportunity to launch its AI powered onsite games and sports recommendations, as well as its ecosystem which it debuted in-person for the first time.

Symplify’s AI capabilities developed for the iGaming industry combined with the CRM platform, allow Symplify to offer a complete solution that includes CDP and CRM (Customer Data Platform and Customer Relation Management).

A spokesperson from Symplify said: “Our stand looked resplendent and showcased the Symplify CRM and AI offering perfectly. The prominent word wall caught everyone’s attention and highlighted the vast array of disciplines we can optimise, while the table tennis table proved a big hit for visitors. Meetings were never ending and we made a lot of new friends.”
