Virgin Hotels Las Vegas to open March 25th

The opening date of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has been announced as March 25th. The off-Strip resort had been due to open in November, which was then pushed back to January, and it will now be March. This was confirmed by resort owners JC Hospitality CEO Richard Bosworth.

Bosworth said in a statement: “It has been a journey, but to finally reach this milestone and confidently announce our opening date would not be possible without our incredible partners and construction team.

“We are not only celebrating the fact that we finally get to welcome back guests to the most exciting resort to open in Las Vegas in years, but we also get to bring our team members back to work.”

The finished resort will feature 1500 rooms across three towers, a 4500-seat theatre, 12 restaurants and bars, plus a five-acre pool complex. The 60,000 square foot casino will be operated by Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment.
